The APC waiver does not influence editorial or peer-review decisions. All submissions will be evaluated according to the journal's standard editorial procedures and will undergo independent peer review where appropriate.

Acceptance for publication will be based on the manuscript's scientific quality, originality, methodological soundness, relevance to the journal's scope, and compliance with JRIS editorial and publication-ethics requirements.

There is no payment required for manuscripts accepted under the inaugural-issue full APC waiver.

Researchers interested in contributing to the inaugural issue are warmly invited to prepare and submit their manuscripts through the JRIS online submission system.

We particularly welcome contributions that advance knowledge and provide meaningful theoretical, methodological, experimental, or practical developments in robotics and intelligent systems.
